Hi, my name is Lexus! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Illinois with a background in both the legal field and private practice. My work centers on supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, trauma, depression, mood-related concerns, and other challenges. I have a particular focus on helping those whose struggles are rooted in difficult childhood experiences, as I understand how vital compassionate guidance is in the healing process. Therapy offers a place for reflection and growth. My path to becoming a counselor was shaped by seeing the effects of mental health struggles and generational trauma within families.
