We've been there. Feeling lost, alone, unsupported, maybe even misunderstood. Having someone who hears you, understands you, and supports you without judgment is essential. Hopefully, whether that is with me or someone else, I hope that you get the support you need. I believe that culture, environments, and individuals influence us deeply and through counseling, we can tackle some of life's curveballs and hurdles together. My approach is to take your strengths, goals, and motivations to try and promote healthy change. I specialize in processing life changes, sex/ sexuality, and anxiety. My years of experience involving individuals with developmental disabilities and their families has become central to my practice.
