Congratulations for reaching out for support. Therapy is important and difficult, and the fact that you’re ready to feel better and improve your relationship with yourself is crucial. The therapeutic process is about your relationship with yourself but also with your therapist. I have been working in the field for just under 10 years and have experience working with a variety of problems, including stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and perfectionism and use a mixture of CBT, DBT, narrative, and solutions-based therapies.
