My practice is centered on collaborating with my clients. I listen closely and explore carefully in order to develop a space in which my clients and I can come to a deeper understanding of what is interfering with their wishes and goals. Whether the struggle involves depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, emotion regulation or interpersonal issues, I offer a warm and empathic environment to facilitate the expression of difficult thoughts and feelings. Throughout my graduate and post-graduate training, I have found that using a flexible approach best enables my clients to work thru fixed or destructive patterns.
