Hello! My name is Lezah. As a therapist, there are a few beliefs that guide my practice: First, that each person has innate value, worth, and wisdom. Second, our lives are influenced by the systems, environments, and relationships that we are part of. Third, that no matter how broken we may feel, our struggles make sense in the greater context of our stories. I am here to help you to understand how your unique story has shaped you and to provide you with tools for growth. My approach is to go beyond "symptom reduction"; to be by your side as we get to the root of what hurts so that you can reclaim your sense of wholeness.
