I work well with clients who need help to grow a deeper awareness of your behavioral patterns, fostering an understanding of the connection between your physical responses and emotional experiences. You will be able to connect with your internal experience, give yourself self-compassion, and grow in your ability to self-soothe while connecting with the support systems around you.
