I enjoy helping adults navigate a variety of needs in mental health, including healing from abuse, managing stressors, improving sensuality, changing patterns of relating that aren't fulfilling anymore, and finding ways to better communicate and set boundaries. I am passionate about working with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, and I have a special interest in working with those navigating Bisexuality/Pansexuality/Spaces that are Non-Binary in nature and working with those navigating consensually Non-Monogamous/Polyamorous relationships.
