As a Christian therapist specializing in women's mental health, I am here to serve women, 18 years or older, who feel mentally and emotionally weary, or disconnected from her sense of purpose. She may be struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, relationship challenges, or the pressures of balancing multiple roles. Deep down, she longs for peace and direction. Her need is to be seen, heard, and supported in a safe, faith-based space where she can process her emotions and rebuild her confidence. Her goal is to be restored, renewed, and whole in mind, body, and spirit! I help women navigate emotional pain, life transitions, and mental health challenges with a faith-based and therapeutic approach. My approach offers a safe and compassionate space to process emotions, rebuild self-worth, while collaborating with you to work towards experiencing being whole, confident, and anchored in purpose.
