Welcome! I provide therapy to adults from a wide range of back grounds and a variety of clinical presentations, including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, PTSD, trauma, grief and loss, end-of-life concerns, and other family, relationship, or marital challenges. Through my work with diverse populations, I have an awareness of the intersections of identity and other cultural concerns, as well as in the complexities surrounding attachment and relationship dynamics. I enjoy working with people across the lifespan throughout California, with a particular interest in working with adults in hospice. My approach to therapy is rooted in attachment theory. I focus on exploring early childhood relationships, the degree to which needs were met, and the past and present influence of these factors on how one relates to oneself, others, and the world.
