When we are bogged down by struggles such as anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, stress, or low self-esteem, we often disconnect from our inherent creativity. I am passionate about helping artists, creatives of all types, and deep feelers and thinkers, work though what blocks them from living the full and authentic lives that they desire. I also love to help adults in their 20s-40s navigate life transitions, relationships, career, and identity. Drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities, I approach therapy as a creative, dynamic, and collaborative process. I bring warmth, humor, and authenticity to the therapy space. Together, we can examine the material of your life, identify what's getting in your way, and form practices, structures, and goals that align with what’s most important to you.
