I am a white neuroqueer nonbinary trans woman interested in supporting adults navigating life changes of all kinds, with specific attention to collaboration with trans, nonbinary, and (neuro)queer individuals. I defer to practices that root therapy in each person's self-understanding and lived experience and that challenge the ways we often reduce suffering and distress to matters of functioning, resilience, and exploitability. I try to provide an anti-ableist, anti-saneist, anti-suicidist, anti-racist, and anti-carceral space for discussion, and work to build cooperative relationships that feel like care. I am COVID conscious.
