I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with teens, adults, parent support, and the elderly. I have lived both in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles and understand the insistence to perform. I work from a culturally sensitive lens, tailored to each individual client applying evidence based practices (e.g. CBT and DBT) and exploratory techniques (e.g. Art Therapy) to challenge and create coping skills.
