Just as I encourage you to come as you are authentically, I will do the same by showing up as a real, imperfect person with their own strengths and flaws, not just a robot. I work from a Cognitive Behavioral lens. This means that we will explore how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact. We may also explore recurring thoughts and behaviors that cause distress or anxiety in our lives. I also incorporate mindfulness techniques in my practice to help connect our minds and bodies.
