I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that works with adults and adolescents that want to create change in their lives and relationships. I have spent my career at a local non-profit agency focused on helping children of trauma and their families heal. My passion is guiding families to process the past and make a meaningful future where they feel emotionally close and safe. Since becoming a therapist, I take a family approach to my clients, working not just on the whole individual, but that person’s supportive environment. I also believe that we have to understand our past to work on our future.
