As a warm and attuned therapist, I prioritize truly listening in order to understand each person’s unique history, current challenges, and goals. From that foundation, I offer authentic feedback, practical guidance, and effective tools to support meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, solution-focused, and strength-based, always tailored to fit each client’s individual needs. I also hold a certification in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Counseling (OCDCC), which deepens my ability to support those navigating OCD I see clients who experience anxiety, depression, stress, strains in romantic and family relationships, low self-esteem, unhealthy habits, and grief and loss. I specialize in helping clients navigate through different life transitions. I help clients learn healthy coping skills to practice self-compassion and find solutions to increase overall functioning.
