My hope in practice is to provide a safe space for marginalized individuals to explore healthy ways to create the life they wish to have. My therapeutic interests include working with individuals who experience symptoms of marital and relationship concerns, family dysfunction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem. Being an African American woman of Puerto Rican heritage I carry an understanding of how "typical therapy" can land in our community. My goal is to empower those who hesitate to seek therapy through a culturally-informed lens.
