Maybe you have followed cultural or family expectations that no longer fit, and you are beginning to wonder who you are beneath them. You just want space to rest, to feel understood, and to reconnect with the parts of you that have been in survival for so long. I work with young women who are ready to begin that process with care, curiosity, and compassion.
