About
My work is grounded in social justice, authenticity, and transformation. I am especially passionate about supporting athletes, BIPOC individuals, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community who may feel unseen, misunderstood, or pressured to perform, carry strength, or survive without support. As a former Division II athlete with experience working alongside Division I and Division III programs, I understand the mental, emotional, and identity-based challenges that come with athletics including performance pressure, burnout, injury, transitions, and the struggle to separate self-worth from achievement.
