My objective as a Marriage and Family therapist is to collaborate with my clients, while providing a safe and non-judgmental space, to examine solutions toward stress together. I can assist individuals, couples, and families to improve their communication skills, coping methods, and boundaries to progressively move forward. Though I may be viewed as a relational expert, my diverse experience of working with multiple backgrounds, and age ranges has allowed me to understand that clients are truly the experts of their own lives, and can achieve their goals with courage as well as guidance, which I intend to provide.
