Navigating family relationships, trauma and chronic stress, and your relationship to work can be hard at times. I am here to support you to build a deeper connection with yourself and your community. I particularly enjoy working with people who are exploring their identities, such as race, culture, gender, sexual orientation, and class. Common concerns include scarcity mindset and imposter syndrome, microaggressions, LGBTQ+ identity development, and immigration mental health.
