I have worked with victims of crime and trauma since 1989. I had a 15-year career in law enforcement and have worked in the mental health field since 2004. I have a private practice specializing in mental health treatment for victims of crimes, emergency service personnel, other helping professionals, and anyone who needs help with anxiety, depression, or trauma responses. I provide EMDR and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I provide trainings around the country to help people gain optimal performance. I am the author of The PTSD Workbook for Teens. I have a therapy dog named Hugo.
