Although good therapy is serious business it does not have to be grim! I'm very creative and flexible in my approach and view the therapeutic process as a series of hypotheses we explore together. I offer warmth, humor, and sharp analysis of the big picture as well as the details to help you identify what's holding you back and how to move forward differently in a clear, practicable way. In my office we will laugh a lot but we will also work very hard. More than just a psychological travel agent I strive to be a tour guide leader. Your journey is not my journey but I walk with you, in the muck with you, as you determine where to go.
