As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have had the privilege of helping strong individuals on their journey to live their best life. Many have been coping with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, panic attacks, chronic pain, co-occuring disorders, low self-worth, codependency and phobias. I have a background facilitating group therapy sessions for adults in recovery and lead family and couples sessions as well as individual counseling sessions.
