I strive to offer a holistic approach to healing and enjoy working from a person-centered orientation because I believe that every client is unique and deserves counseling tailored to their individual needs. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices to help you stay in the present moment. I also offer walk and talk therapy.
