Lichen Health is a non-profit organization and holistic healing network providing integrative psychotherapy services to under-served populations both in-person in the Sierra Foothills and via telehealth for clients across California. Our team of compassionate, holistically trained mental healthcare providers offer an array of therapeutic modalities including Brainspotting, Hakomi, Art Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Practice and Somatic Work (such as yoga & movement). Some of our providers are also trained in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). We aim to provide culturally sensitive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and neurodivergent-friendly care. We welcome children, teens, adult, partners and families seeking trauma-informed therapeutic space for healing challenging lived experiences and connecting to post traumatic resilience.
