Is your child struggling with anxiety that is affecting their life as well as your family's? Early support can make a lasting difference. I specialize in helping children aged 3 to 10 years manage anxious feelings and thoughts. I also offer parent coaching. I help families build healthier, more supportive patterns of interaction. In addition I have successfully helped many adoptive families connect and thrive. I work in the language of a child which is play-while teaching skills needed to move forward and thrive. My job is to connect parents and children and my evidence based activities are designed to support this. My approach is individualized for each family to best meet your specific needs.
