Currently accepting new clients in Massachusetts and Vermont. Sometimes making a change in our lives is more complicated than simply "trying our best." I work with clients to uncover their own strengths, and to regain power over the areas of life that feel overwhelming or out of control. My energy is warm and friendly, and past clients have appreciated the chance to explore difficult content in a non-judgmental environment. I treat individuals with PTSD and other anxiety and depressive disorders. Additionally, I work with adult adoptees and adoptive parents.
