For the past eight years, I have been dedicated to helping people heal from trauma and find new ways to move forward in their lives. I’ve worked with first responders impacted by 9/11, as well as individuals navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, substance use, and personality disorders. My experience also includes supporting children in foster care and seniors, which has deepened my empathy and adaptability to meet each client where they are.
