I provide outpatient therapeutic services for individuals struggling with a variety of clinical presentations. However, I specialize in treating individuals and families struggling with Mood Disorders, Addiction, Eating Disorders, and Anxiety Disorders. For those patients that may need more intensive care, I am the Program Director at Lido Wellness Center, a PHP & IOP specializing in trauma and mental health treatment. We offer a comprehensive and unique treatment approach focusing on Somatic Experiencing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Life Skills to assist patient's in reclaiming their lives and fostering lasting change.
