As a parent you have many hopes and dreams for your child starting before they were born. But then life can throw you challenges. Maybe you’ve watched your neurodivergent child struggle to communicate, manage emotions, make friends, or fit into environments that don’t always recognize their strengths. Challenges with school, changes to routines, or sensory sensitivities can leave the whole family exhausted. Your older child may struggle with anxiety, depression, or a lack of confidence. You don’t have to navigate it alone. Through creativity, movement, and play, I help children and families build connection, communication, and joy. At Creative Spectrum Counseling we will use creativity to explore new ways to face challenges. I use artistic expression to support kids, especially kids on the autism spectrum, to explore their emotions and build confidence in social connections. For less verbal kids, I use their movement as a bridge to attune to their needs and help families grow together.
