Hi there, I'm Lieu! From my over 13 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have seen the immense resilience that people develop from their experiences throughout life. In these experiences, we all pick up skills, behaviors, and habits that worked for us at some point but may not serve us well anymore. Even with emotions and occurrences that are considered negative, we can find a way to use these experiences to help us choose how they fit into our lives or help us grow.
