After working in social services for 20 plus years, I have experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar, self injury behaviors and behavioral concerns . I offer youth specialized services aim at helping children and teens move beyond their struggles. Additionally, I have experience treating adults. My services are client centered, so I adjust them to meet my client's needs. I may incorporate art, music, games and outdoor activities, depending on the person's needs.
