It's a new year but the those old issues never get resolved or go away. Personal issues can be a challenge even if we consider it a new year or season. If you're having issues with past experiences, trauma or some other life issue, my practice could potentially help. I provide services in an up front and honest manner. My approach is to have active dialogue, not just sitting, typing, and waiting for something to happen. This means focusing on a growth mindset, a willingness to heal/change, being realistic, and genuine engagement in therapy. Learning to be responsible for yourself is part of change. My therapeutic approach is about being up front about one's issues rather than avoiding. Therapy is about actively processing issues to figure things out. I can be relaxed and easygoing personally but serious about providing services. The primary goal is to actively help the client. If you're sincere about wanting help then I may be your clinician.
