Therapy with me is unique because I highly value authenticity and will always encourage you to be your whole self in a non judgmental, warm, and safe space. I utilize a natural conversational approach in my work which allows us to connect in the therapeutic space. I enjoy being along for the ride of life and serving as an unconditional source of positivity and acceptance for those I support, no matter what. I believe that wholeness can be achieved through wellness. I am a licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for empowering people from all walks of life. My specialties include Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and person centered therapy. Additionally, I utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) & Vibrational Sound Therapy. I am here to help you see your life differently.
