With 20 years of experience, I bring both clinical expertise and life experience to our work together. I’ve walked the path of healing myself — and I know how powerful it can be to finally stop pretending and start showing up fully in your life. I combine EMDR trauma therapy, addictions counseling, Gestalt Chair Work, and what I call Reality Talk Therapy — a direct, insight-driven process that helps you uncover the motivations and belief systems that drive your choices.
