I work with professionals experiencing challenges maintaining a balanced work-life equilibrium and with emotional health imbalances stemming from the demanding nature of their professional life. My clients feel persistent worry, a pervasive sense of overwhelm, mood disturbances, strained interpersonal relationships, and/or a pronounced lack of self-care. They experience anxiety and depression, worsened by their demanding careers. Their goal is to regain control over their emotional state, manage stress, and nurture their overall well-being. Their motivation is to alleviate suffering, mend relationships, and prioritize self-care.
