I commend you for deciding to seek help for whatever is troubling you. I provide a non-judgmental and empathic environment for clients to feel safe to talk about their concerns. Having been employed as a School Psychologist for 22 years, I have extensive experience working with students with varying disabilities, and their families. This experience, combined with being a Licensed Professional Counselor, and, my training as a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, has led to having a unique skill set. Mental health not only affects our emotions, but also learning, behavior, memory, attention, and physical health.
