We specialize in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, EMDR, DBT, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Motivational Interviewing to support you in a personalized and empowering way. We also offer support for dual diagnosis, complex trauma, and family dynamics—meeting you wherever you are on your mental health journey.
