Welcome! My name is Lisa Schultz and I am a Psychotherapist. I hold a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor designation as well as a National Certified Counselor. My undergraduate degree is in Family and Individual Development from Northern Illinois University. I also hold a master’s degree of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University Chicago. I am a member of the Illinois Counseling Association, the American Counseling Association, and the Institute for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation local chapter. I believe I offer safety and rest that provides space for my clients to journey deeper into their stories. We work to make connections and open pathways to insight is rooted in neuropsychological studies on trauma and remembering. I guide my clients with kindness and curiosity through connecting to their own personal life story. The questions I commonly explore are: Where has your life's journey taken you? Where are you standing now? Where are you desiring to go?
