Under any weather conditions, where rough seas and rugged shores collide, there stands a lighthouse signaling: “This way home; this way to safety.” (Monson) Under any life conditions, when our body, heart, mind, or spirit may collide with harsh reality, there comes a guiding signal from our inner lighthouse. Without such guidance, we may find ourselves lost, alone, hurt, discouraged, and ultimately dis-empowered in any aspect of our lives. Compassionate, collaborative therapy allows us to recognize and rely on our inner guidance as one of the key turning points towards self-empowerment, support, healing, success, and happiness. Aloha and welcome! I am a Clinical Psychologist and a therapist with a background as a Registered Nurse. My treatment approach integrates body, psyche, relationships, social roles, culture, nature, aspirations, and spirituality in ways that are important to you in your journey. My human approach is to see the whole You, not your diagnosis or other labels.
