Hello I serve pediatric to adult clients and have a special interest in perinatal mental health, first responder mental wellness, working with military persons and their families, as well as individuals with PTSD. I enjoy helping individuals overcome anxiety and depression as well as how nutrition can impact mood. I enjoy working with families with high levels of conflict as well as adolescents with behavioral issues.
