It seeps in all areas of our lives relationships, society, family, sexual, and work. Talk therapy can be a powerful tool for understanding our stories, but because trauma often lives in the body, healing may also require approaches that help us feel what words alone can’t reach. I am EMDR trained and together we reprocess the traumatic memories to get out of being stuck.
