Are you First-Gen BIPOC or Queer? Hi! I’m Ligia (she/her/ella), a First Gen Latinx Anxiety Therapist in Los Angeles, CA and I'm here for you. Maybe you’ve always been the one who keeps the peace, take care of everyone else, or avoids conflict to stay safe. Maybe you’ve felt like you’ve lost touch with your own needs, values, or truth. Have you started to wonder who you are underneath all the roles you’ve taken on in putting the needs of others before your own. If you're ready to reconnect with your voice, values, and needs therapy can be a safe space to explore those questions without shame and feel more grounded with yourself. I help First-Gen and Queer adults who feel anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or disconnected with themselves. I specialize in helping them navigate people-pleasing, identity struggles, and cultural/family pressure. Managing anxiety/burnout, questioning around gender/sexuality/identity, setting boundaries, healing from family dynamics or generational trauma.
