I offer DBT-informed art therapy, talk therapy, somatic, and mindfulness techniques. I also love working with dreams, whether they be real dreams you had last night or lifetime dreams and goals. My approach empowers you to feel more confident in therapy through artistic expression, guiding you through challenging topics with the metaphor of imagery.
