My approach is holistic, compassionate, non-judgmental and empowering. I engage folks in a humanistic, relational and collaborative framework, centering that you are the expert in your own life. I use an eclectic approach, utilizing different modalities dependent on the needs and challenges that you are facing and what you are looking to gain from therapy.
