Therapy: I prioritize creating a safe space for clients to heal with a focus on empowerment and improved functioning. I use aspects of cognitive behavioral therapies (ACT, ERP, and CPT) to treat acute distress while providing a confidential space for client’s to process life and explore their values. I work with adolescents and adults, age 16 and up through older adulthood and retirement. My clinical interests include OCD, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, grief, and relationship concerns. I am only offering teletherapy for therapy at this time.
