I am a queer South Asian therapist who is focused on creating an authentic space for you to heal and grow. As a second-generation immigrant, I understand the stigma and trepidation that comes with getting mental healthcare. I strive to create a space where you can be seen and heard without judgment. Together, we will work to identify challenges related to trauma, cultural background, depression, anxiety, and lack of fulfillment in your life. Prior to my work with Sage Stone Counseling, I worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I have also worked with individuals experiencing major life and career changes. I have a particular interest in working with immigrants, complex trauma, and communities of color. I also have an interest in working with men.
