I am a Mental Health counselor who is skilled in working with young adults; including those in the LGBTQ+ or neurodivergent populations on depression; anxiety; and life transitions. I'm passionate about rekindling patient’s relationships with themselves and others. My goal is to remind my patients that they are enough. I am an eclectic therapist who utilizes techniques from CBT; DBT; mindfulness; play therapy; Humanistic; Person-Centered; and art therapy. My approach to therapy is warm; compassionate and hands-on.
