Therapy can be an intimidating process. My goal is to make the experience as easy to engage in as possible. I utilize integrative approaches to therapy, based on the needs of each client. I typically work from a strength-based and trauma-focused approach to treatment that is rooted in attachment-based, psychodynamic, and person-centered modalities.
