Hi, I’m Lili! I specialize in helping teens, young adults, and adults navigate trauma, addiction, grief, and major life stress. My style is warm, steady, and collaborative—I want therapy to feel like a safe place to breathe, reflect, and heal. I am a graduate of Northwestern University, and my background includes inpatient treatment, school-based work with IEP teams, jails, and recovery centers. I also have extensive experience supporting first responders as well as individuals with PTSD.
